Alesana recently came out with a new cd called "The Emptiness". I've read through the short story that goes along with the cd, as well as listened to the songs that play through it. It's got to be one of the most beautiful things I've heard in a long time. I really appreciate all of the hard work that they put into this. I can tell you now, I'll definitely be doing a lot more listening to Alesana. I've liked them for a while, just never this much until recently. I've grown to appreciate their music and the stories they tell.
It's best to say that I think everyone deserves to at least sample this new album if they can -- BUT, please don't miss out on the short story of the sketch artist and Annabel that goes along with it! It really brings the story into perspective for the listener, and it's beautifully written.
