THE PHRASE I'M OH-SO TIRED OF HEARING...

You know how certain words or phrases grow on you, while others get under your skin? Lately the latter has been the case for me. What's annoying me so much? I hate it when people say "I'm useless". I've heard from several people this week that they're supposedly "useless", and that's so far from the truth.

It's so sad to see someone doubting themselves like that. With my background, I have plenty of reason to call myself useless, but I never do. After years of struggling with my self control, I realized that if I'm useless, then so is everyone else. Everybody goes through life all the same, and not everyone realizes how alike we all are. In a way, that makes none of us useless--we all play a part in this world. We affect every person we pass by daily, every person every where. Don't focus on the gritty details of life, focus on the bigger picture. Not one single person is useless, we all affect the people around us somehow. I'm not useless, and nothing I do is useless. I have confidence that I'm making a difference, no matter how small it is.

Alright, so I've been told to make this blog for my small business class, even though I already know how to make a blog, and I've previously used livejournal accounts.

I'm not sure if I'll ever use this again though!
